What To Expect


The Commission Process

The best way to start working with us to build your custom piece is by completing our Inquiry Form. However, feel free to reach out by phone or email if that's preferable to you.

Based on your request, we will contact you and begin the design process. Depending on the complexity of the project, we may require a design deposit which will be credited to contract price.

The design process culminates with a digital 3D model of your piece, detailed scope of work, and price. 

Before any work begins, we will both sign a contract that includes the digital 3D model and a 50% deposit of the contract price must be made (the design deposit, if applicable, will be credited towards this amount).

After the contract is signed, we will acquire materials and begin crafting your piece! Throughout the build we will provide you with photos and updates of the process.

If the piece is being delivered, the remainder of the payment is due after your personal inspection of the piece at the delivery.

If the piece is being shipped, we will send you numerous photos and/or video, or schedule a FaceTime/Skype call for you to inspect the piece before it is crated. The remainder of the payment is due before the piece will be shipped.
